Invest in Construction Contracting Business High Yield Investment in Santa Rosa City, Calabarzon
We are sub-contractor for big housing projects. We are looking for financial partners to help us in our mobilization and operating capital. We need P200,000.00 on each housing project. We deploy 5 teams on each project site and finish at least 4 houses each month. We share the profit based on the monthly net income on the project you choose to finance. As management, we take 50% from the net, the other 50% goes to the investor/s prorated on the P200,000.00 investment. Minimum investment is P50,000.00 which is 12.5% profit share on monthly net income from the project. We shall have written and notarized agreement. You can join us during collection of payment from client for transparency.
